2.1.1 The aim of this module is to present and explain the challenges of families with very young
children, and some of the strategies that can be used to face them.
Learners will at the end of the training module know the specificities and vulnerabilities related to
the milestones that children face at a very young age. They will comprehend the differences between
normative and paranormative challenges connected to this specific life stage, and how to help young
children express their emotions in a regulated manner.
