2.1.1 The aim of this module is to present and explain the challenges faced by families with children
aged 6-11 years, among other things, about their return to school after time at home, their
emotional problems and academic performance as well as fostering their motivation and enjoyment of
learning at school. The importance of self-esteem and the importance of having a good level of
self-efficacy is also emphasized.
By the end of the training module, students will know the specificities and vulnerabilities related
to the milestones faced by children aged 6 to 11 and will understand the importance of insisting on
cultivating good self-esteem and self-efficacy in our children.
